The cloud solutions we use respect isolation principles, ensuring that user input is never reused for machine learning purposes. Furthermore, our processes comply with ISO 27001 requirements for information security management.
Does KYD® use LLMs?
Yes, KYD® uses Large Language Models (LLMs). Third-party models are integrated through services that guarantee data confidentiality: no prompt or input content is used for training or model improvement. KYD® can also be configured with open-source LLMs; in these cases, a preliminary technical analysis phase is conducted to assess compatibility with the customer’s IT infrastructure.
