Horizon2020 DENIM Project is officially over!

After four years of collaborative efforts, the Horizon2020 DENIM project has officially concluded, leaving behind a significant contribution: the development of the DENIM Worker Profiler.

This self-assessment tool is designed to identify digital skill gaps among workers, enabling them to better perform tasks aimed at achieving energy efficiency in manufacturing. By analyzing individual skillsets, the Worker Profiler provides tailored recommendations for upskilling and reskilling, empowering employees to meet the growing demands of sustainable and efficient production processes.

The development of the Worker Profiler was guided by a robust methodological approach, ensuring a scientifically validated foundation. This approach has also been documented in a research paper, which is now available to the public. The paper outlines the theoretical framework and key findings of the project and can be accessed here: The Worker Profiler Paper.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all partners, stakeholders, and contributors who made this journey possible.
